About

About Jennifer Greenham

I champion the integration of mental and spiritual health to foster holistic wellbeing. My work involves educating, advocating, and implementing universal spiritual care values, practices and models, ensuring every individual feels supported and empowered to express their spirituality in an authentic way.

By bridging the gap between mental health and spiritual care, I aim to enhance overall wellbeing outcomes and create compassionate, inclusive workplace environments for all Australians.

This represents the future of healthy, happy, supported and productive workplaces.

Introduction

When we have a strong foundational understanding of who we are at our core, our capacity to become solid, functioning, and contributing members of our various communities is enhanced.  Knowing ourselves and our essence inevitably leads us back to our spirituality, an area of life that most Australians are more than a little ambivalent about. Yet when we understand ourselves and our spiritual health needs, much in life naturally begins to fall into place.

For almost a decade at Spiritual Health Association, I led efforts to weave spiritual care principles into mental health practices, supporting and fostering an environment for health services and their communities to elevate and prioritize the spiritual and mental health wellbeing of their patients and staff.

Services

Services are tailored to support both the individual and the overall culture of the organisation.

  • Introducing a spiritual literacy that speaks to you

  • Understanding where spirituality touches your life and what your spiritual care/spiritual health needs are, and how this expression impacts mental health and wellbeing

  • Create a personal road map to live by.

Delivery

  • Formal tailored education and workshops

  • Small group reflective discussion sessions

  • Mentoring and supervision.

Outcomes

  • Increased workplace wellbeing

  • A renewed sense of purpose, meaning and connection

  • When the individual is happy within themselves this translates to greater connection and productivity in the workplace

  • When a whole organisation participates in a workplace workshop that inspires deeper meaning and connection this has a whole of organisation impact

  • Conversations and activities are real, down to earth and support people with the practical means to bring their all to work – equipping people to express their particular and unique value in the workplace.

Your mentorship and support have been invaluable to me in developing and creating a very effective role position and practice that I now have.
